Circus Conditioning provides physiotherapy, small group sessions, rehab therapy and conditioning services in Perth, Western Australia. To be clear, I do not actually teach circus-skills but am able to help with problems you may be having because of your acro/gymnastic trainings. I specialise in performance rehabilitation – dancers, athletes, gymnasts, pole dancers.

Hi, please email me options and prices for personal 1-on-1 training for conditioning classes. Am Fitness competitor (body building comps) and would like some assistance with gymnastic elements for my routines. Am ballet/jazz dancer with good flexibility but limited gym training. Thanks!

I have just started doing some aerial training (for fun) and I’m finding I have a big problem with my lack of flexibility. Everything is stiff and I am bringing a whole new dimension to popping and locking :( ! So I was wondering what you guys have to offer/suggest for the seriously challenged stiff as a board kinda person like me!
